Olga Sirtmaci
Christian Biblical Counselor – The Believer’s Journey

My name is Olga Sirtmaci. I was born into a non-Christian family in Chisinau, the capital city of Moldova. When I was 11, I heard about Jesus, His love, and His sacrifice for me, and I accepted Him as my Lord and Savior. Since then, I have decided to dedicate my life to serving God. I have been involved in children’s ministry, youth ministry, women’s ministry, and various mission trips throughout Moldova, as well as inner-city projects, sports outreaches, and camps. In order to serve more effectively I graduated from Moldova Bible Seminary in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology.
Now I am married to a godly man, Yura, who loves the Lord as much as I do, and God has blessed us with two wonderful children, Stas and Rita.
Since we married in 2009, my husband and I have been serving as missionaries in our home country. We currently minister to church leaders all over Moldova, including those at our home church, Kishinev Bible Church. This is our full-time ministry.
I contribute to church leadership development by connecting with pastors’ wives, specifically serving them as a Christian counselor. I walk alongside them through the challenges they face in their personal lives and ministries.
In 2023, the Lord gave me and my husband the opportunity to participate in a three-year International Christian Counseling School called Coram Deo. We undertook this training in response to the growing need for church leaders to receive biblical counseling.
In just two years of study, the impact has been far greater than we could have imagined. We are now very active in counseling church leaders from villages across the country, as well as our brothers and sisters from our home church.
I believe God has called me to be a counselor and has given me a heart for helping struggling and discouraged Christian leaders. Much of my day is spent meeting with people either in our home or via Zoom, providing them with biblical principles that reveal God’s care and love as they navigate life. It is deeply rewarding to see God’s Word come alive, bringing real change, God’s peace, and true freedom to people’s lives.
Christian Biblical Counseling is both my calling and my long-term ministry.
